Constractions and principles of operation

TermoKaust® is a modular storage heating stove, which combines the characteristics of a chimney liner, chamotte furnace and a buffering mass. Heat-accumulating mass is required for correct use of solid fuels, which should always be burnt in their nominal temperatures for obtaining maximal energy values.

Construction of the stove is a system of several chambers, which cooperate with each other and are connected with a flue that divide gases into four passes, which run along the four corners of the stove.

Such system guarantees maximal use of the produced thermal energy and level heating, which is proven by thermograms.

All elements of the device have been designed and produced in one assembly configuration only. Components of the stove are made appropriately to the type of the construction and it is not possible to assembly them incorrectly. Variability of the form manifests itself by the outside design, which may be freely modified with tiled casing. An innovative manner of construction is based on traditional stove-fitter's school and ecological approach towards the industry of heating devices. The construction is assembled from 12 layers described in the assembly manual as well as in the instructional video. The assembly is easy and it is similar to arranging blocks, which have been equipped with mountings and inlets that at the same time distance the weld thickness. The producer recommends a common mortar with chamotte.

Materials used for the stove's construction are safe and regarded as ecological from many years. These are e.g. the certified A30t chamotte made in Polish plants, clay, steel and cast iron.

TermoKaust stove is distinguished by an advanced method of air supply to individual combustion stages. Air passes have been specifically designed to heat the supplied air during its inlet. This solution increases work efficiency, which is proven by combustion tests and the stove's performance. An additional advantage of the construction is its gravitational work, which does not require any supplementary energy.

Constructors assumed that work in nominal conditions allows reaching maximal efficiency and performance in accumulating thermal energy - this was also proven by test results. Air distribution and modularity of construction are patent protected in terms of their unprecedented innovativeness. It is worth remembering that during the stove's work, air intake is not regulated manually or automatically. Fuel combustion takes place in the best possible conditions, i.e. in the maximal temperature. Air inlet is done in accordance with laws of nature through levelling pressure in individual chambers. The only adjustment concerns switching damper into "closed" position when fuel has been completely combusted. This adjustment aims at preventing against the premature chilling.
